Community Services
The Newport News Sheriff’s Office (NNSO) Community Relations is dedicated to providing a variety of crime prevention topics, specialty programs and services either directly or in partnership with other community agencies for all ages to enhance public safety and reduce the fear and incidence of crime.
All our programs are closely monitored to ensure they are delivered appropriately. More importantly, they are updated when we identify new threats targeting our youth and seniors.
