Car and Bike Show 2024 raised $2400 for Project Lifesaver

The weather was just right for our 10th Annual Car and Bike Show fundraiser -- sunshine and a nice cool breeze.

The event attracted nearly 80 cars, trucks, and motorcycles of all makes and model years to Todd Stadium on Sunday, September 8, 2024.

The owners paid $20 per vehicle and brought bags and cans of food for the Peninsula Regional Animal Shelter.

Many people came out to look at the rides and talk with the owners, some reminiscing about their first cars and bikes.

Everyone who showed up could vote for their favorite truck, car, and motorcycle; the top vote-getters received trophies and plaques at the show's end.

When the counting was done from donations, entry fees, raffles, and prize drawings, the 2024 show raised $2400.00 to help keep Project Lifesaver free for the children and adults who need it.

The 2025 show is expected to take place in September, but a firm date won't be announced until sometime in the first quarter.

In its 10-year history, the Car and Bike Show has raised more than $20,000.00.
