Inmate Services

Regardless of the reason someone is being held in the Sheriff's custody, certain services must be provided. In many ways, the jail is its own city.

Likewise, inmates are required to participate daily in the cleaning of their cells as well as scheduled cleaning of the common areas within the pods.

Sentenced inmates are offered the opportunity to be workers in the kitchen, laundry room, commissary, and conduct daily maintenance of the common areas of the facility. Inmate workers learn valuable skills, discipline, and responsibility while earning compensation.
